After a long day exploring Gaziantep it was so nice to come back to Dedeman. The hotel and room are wonderful, from the comfy bed to good size room to great shower, good wifi and a/c, top notch. The breakfast was good but I have to point out how attentive and professional the restaurant and front counter people are. Thank you for a great stay.

the rooms was clean and large the staff was very friendly and helpful specially mr. ali in the reception and mr. onur in the catering they were very friendly and helpful i will definitely come back again soon
